Louay Fallouh as a Permanent Representative of the Syrian Arab Republic to UNESCO

The Director General offered her condolences to the Syrian people, stressing that she is closely following the repercussions of the earthquake, and she has sent a mission from the Regional Bureau for Education in the Arab Countries in Beirut to assess the damages to educational and cultural institutions and archaeological sites, and to provide all possible support.
