The Sub-Regional Training Course in the Field of Education in Multi-Level Classes
A team from the Ministry of Education in the Syrian Arab Republic and the education directorates in the governorates participated in the sub-regional training course via Skype in the field of education in the multi-level classes that were held on April 17th, 2020; and April 20th, 2020; in the presence of the Arab countries (Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, Sudan, and Libya).
This course aimed to prepare trainers to deal with multi-level classes (grouped classes), which include students of different educational levels and different ages in one class
The course dealt with the following topics:
 Defining the multi-level class, its importance and criteria.
 -The appropriate environment for establishing a multi-level classroom and the role of the local community.
 School day paragraphs in multi-level classes.
 Classroom - scheme and its division into corners.
 Equipping a multi-level classroom.
 Factors that influence learning.
 Learning acceleration
 Working on reorganizing the content and the same concept on several levels.
 Preparing for the beginning of an academic year.
 Active Learning.
 Plum levels.
 The difference between teaching and training.
 Characteristics of adult education.
 Basic trainer skills.
 Training methods.
 Department of Learning with Experience Distinguishing between measurement, evaluation and evaluation.
 The skill of starting the training session.
 Display and presentation skill.
 Time management skill.
 Dealing with patterns of trainees.
