A virtual regional meeting with the presidents of the Arab universities to exchange experiences on: Arab universities and continuing university education after the Corona crisis

The Syrian Arab Republic, represented by:
- Dr. Mohamed Maher Kabakibi / President of Damascus University/.
- Dr. Bassam Hassan / President of Tishreen University/.
- Dr. Khalil Ajami / President of the Virtual University/.
Participated In a virtual regional meeting with the presidents of Arab universities to exchange experiences about Arab universities and the continuation of university education after the Corona crisis, which was held within the framework of the continuous consultation between the UNESCO Regional Office for Education in Arab countries in Beirut and the Ministries of Higher Education in Arab countries to provide the necessary support in the exceptional circumstances of the Corona pandemic on May 21st, 2020.
In the meeting, several experiences were presented and discussed in Arab universities to continue the education process in higher education institutions during the unprecedented Corona pandemic period.
H.E. Dr. Anas Bouhlal, an expert in higher education programs at the UNESCO Regional Office for Education in the Arab Countries in Beirut, affirmed UNESCO's keenness to provide technical support and advice to Arab universities to continue the university education process and its success.
